
Fish paella is a tasty first course typical of Spanish cuisine. Made with rice, mussels, shrimp, calamari, and vegetables, it is a complete dish rich in flavors from the sea. Ideal for a tasty dinner and for sharing with friends and family. Try it and be conquered!





















Scrape and wash the mussels and then open them over high heat in a large pan with 1/2 glass of wine, a clove of garlic, and chopped parsley.
Set aside the mussels and filter their cooking liquid.
Brown the sliced onion and chopped garlic in a large pan with 4 tablespoons of oil.
Add the cleaned and cut calamari and let them flavor for a few minutes.
Add the blanched, peeled, and diced tomatoes.
Let everything simmer for 5 minutes, then add the saffron diluted in 3 ladles of hot broth.
Add the mussel cooking liquid, rice, and peas; mix well and cook for 15 minutes, then add the shrimp.
Finish cooking by adding more broth if needed.
At the end of cooking, add the mussels to the paella and garnish with a few whole shrimp and lemon wedges.
