Sfincione is a very tasty Sicilian pizza, typical of the city of Palermo. It is characterized by a layer of soft, spongy bread, topped with tomato sauce, Caciocavallo cheese, anchovies, onions and a generous drizzle of olive oil. It is baked in the oven until a crispy, golden crust forms. It is a real delight for pizza lovers!

Roll out the leavened bread dough (appropriately purchased from the baker) and then place it in a well-oiled baking tray
Spread it with the peeled tomatoes cut into pieces, the onion sliced, the anchovy chopped into pieces, the Caciocavallo cheese grated into flakes, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil
Meanwhile preheat the oven and when it reaches 260 degrees C you can put the tray with the sfincione inside
