Prepare by boiling 100 cl of red wine vinegar and adding desalted capers and washed, dried, and shredded basil during the boil

Let it cool and pour into a bottle

Let it rest for fifteen days, remembering to shake the bottle every 24 hours
- STEP 5 OF 5
After the time has passed, strain everything and let it rest for another five days without touching it, after which it is ready for use
