
The skewered quails are a delicious traditional Italian dish. The quails are stuffed with prosciutto crudo and sage, then skewered with pieces of veal. They are then cooked in a pan with rosemary and white wine, for a succulent and flavorful dish.



Prepare on a long kitchen skewer the skewers starting with the piece of veal a quail rolled up in a slice of prosciutto crudo with salt and sage inside another piece of veal another quail wrapped in a slice of prosciutto crudo
Place a pot on the fire in which the quails do not occupy more than 2/3 of the capacity bring it to the right degree of heat
Insert the skewers browning them on all sides sprinkle with white wine let it evaporate lower the flame and complete the cooking for about 30 minutes turning occasionally
