Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Place 600 g of smoked pork ribs in plenty of cold water and let them rehydrate for 2 hours

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Put them whole or in pieces in a pan with a sauté of 2 chopped onions and 50 g of lard

    Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes

    Then add 800 g of sliced Savoy cabbage (white or red), 1 glass of wine, salt, pepper, and water to cover

    Cover and simmer for 1 hour
