Mix all ingredients with a spatula until a smooth dough is obtained.
Line a pan with parchment paper (previously wet and wrung out) and pour in the dough.
Cook in an air fryer at 160° for 22 minutes, or in a hot ventilated oven at 175° for 35 minutes.
Let cool completely and serve with powdered sugar or a topping of your choice (e.g. berry jam, salted caramel, or chocolate cream).
Important: for these quantities, the mold used is 12cm in diameter. If you have a 20cm mold, multiply everything by 3!
