
Spiced Lentil Soup

2Cloves - Ground cuminto taste

- Turmeric
1pinch - Vegetable broth
50Cl - Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Place the lentils in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes

Drain them and keep the water. Sauté 2 chopped onions in oil with garlic, cumin, and turmeric; add the lentils, broth, and 1/2 liter of cooking water; cook for 30 minutes, season with salt
