Place the dough in a bowl with 50 g of butter, a few tablespoons of lukewarm water, two eggs, salt, and pepper
Knead everything with your hands until you get a smooth, elastic, and homogeneous dough
Roll it out into a disc
Boil the remaining two eggs for eight minutes from the start of boiling
Run them under cold running water, peel them, and slice them with the appropriate tool
Grease a baking tray with the remaining butter
Spread the dough disc on it
