Mushrooms stew is a classic tasty and versatile autumn side dish. Fresh mushrooms are cooked in a flavorful tomato sauce, enriched with aromatics like garlic and parsley. Perfect to serve alongside meats or as a side dish for a polenta dish.
Clean the mushrooms well by removing the thicker stems' bottom part and then throw them in boiling water for 5 minutes
Then add the lemon juice, drain them, and let them drain a little
Meanwhile, in a saucepan lightly brown the garlic with oil, then add the mushrooms and mix everything well to flavor it
Add salt and pepper, continuing to cook for about 30 minutes, adding broth from time to time so that it does not dry out too much
After about 30 minutes the dish is ready
