Carefully clean the strawberries and let them macerate for about an hour in lemon juice
Put everything in the blender until you get a 'strawberry cream'
Whip the cream, adding a little sugar at the end (to taste)
Soak the Pavesini well in the strawberry cream and form a layer at the bottom of a baking dish (disposable aluminum ones are also fine)
Cover with a layer of whipped cream and repeat the layers until you reach the edge of the dish or run out of ingredients
The last layer should be cream to allow for decorative patterns to be made, perhaps using the 'strawberry sauce'
Let it rest in the fridge for at least a couple of hours and enjoy
