Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Sauté the onion in butter, add the ground meat, peeled tomatoes, and a bouillon cube, along with a bit of water if necessary

Cook for 10 minutes

Blanch the peppers in boiling water for 5/6 minutes
- STEP 4 OF 4
Mix the boiled rice with chopped olives and breadcrumbs, fill the peppers, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
