Preparation

In a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, skinned and chopped sausage, and minced meat for a few minutes

Add the rice, stir, and pour in the broth prepared separately with a stock cube; season with salt and cook for 12 minutes
