In a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, peeled and chopped sausage, and minced meat for a few minutes
Add the rice, stir, and pour in the broth prepared separately with a bouillon cube; salt and cook for 12 minutes
Incorporate the egg and grated cheese
With this mixture, fill the peppers that have been previously washed, halved (lengthwise), cleaned of seeds, and already placed in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 cloves of garlic
Ensure the filling does not reach the edge of the pepper halves, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
