Stuffed peppers with rice and sausage are a tasty and colorful dish, perfect as a side dish or a main course. The combination of ingredients like sausage, minced meat, and grated cheese gives an intense and irresistible flavor. The peppers are filled with a mix of rice and meat, then baked until soft and golden. An easy and delicious recipe to prepare to impress your guests.

In a saucepan with a spoonful of oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, the peeled and chopped sausage, and the minced meat for a few minutes.
Add the rice, stir and pour in the broth prepared separately with a broth cube; salt and cook for 12 minutes.
Incorporate the egg and the grated cheese.
With this mixture, fill the previously washed peppers cut in half (lengthwise) and cleaned from the seeds, already placed in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 cloves of garlic.
Make sure the filling does not reach the edge of the halves of the peppers, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
They are also excellent cold.
