  • Watermelon pulp300g
  • Melonas needed
  • Lemonas needed
  • Red currants1bunch
  • Fresh mintas needed

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 8

    Clean the half melon by removing the seeds and fibers, then use the appropriate tool to shape the pulp into small balls to place in a bowl

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Put the empty melon in the refrigerator for at least an hour

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Remove the red currants from the stems and wash the berries

  4. STEP 4 OF 8

    Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice

  5. STEP 5 OF 8

    Cut the watermelon pulp into cubes and add them to the melon balls

  6. STEP 6 OF 8

    Add the red currants, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix gently

  7. STEP 7 OF 8

    Take the melon shell out of the fridge and fill it with the fruit

    Garnish with fresh mint and serve
