
Sweet crepes are thin sweet pancakes, ideal for breakfast or as a dessert. They are a very versatile sweet and can be filled with jam, chocolate cream, fresh fruit, or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar.



Whisk the eggs in a bowl
Add the flour gradually while pouring in the milk and continue mixing everything with the whisk
In the end, you will obtain a smooth, fluid, and flowing batter
Let it rest for about an hour
With a brush slightly dipped in oil (or with a piece of butter wrapped in a gauze), grease the well-heated pan and pour a small amount of batter in the center
Quickly rotate the pan to avoid forming holes
When the edges of the crepe lift, turn it over with a spatula
The crepes can be stored on top of each other for a couple of days (in the fridge, of course)
