Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan with 1 and 1/2 glasses of water and the instant coffee
- STEP 2 OF 4
Melt in a double boiler, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth cream
- STEP 3 OF 4
Remove from heat and add the milk, butter, vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of rum

Gently mix and serve the warm cream in bowls accompanied by cat's tongue biscuits
