Beat the eggs with the sugar in a blender for 2 minutes, then add the corn flour and white flour along with the baking powder
Add the melted butter
Beat again for a minute, then add the carrots and pour the mixture into small round cake molds previously buttered and floured
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes
Lower the oven temperature to 140 degrees and cook for another 8 minutes
Serve with orange mascarpone cream
