    Let the bread dough rise wrapped in a kitchen cloth for one hour at room temperature

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6)

    In the meantime, clean the champignon mushrooms thoroughly, removing the earthy part; slice them thinly, put them in a saucepan with two tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt, and cook for twenty minutes, adding a little water if necessary during cooking

    In a bowl, put the mascarpone, the diced ham and the slices of Fontina cut into small cubes, and mix well

  5. STEP 5 OF 10

    Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a round sheet about 0.5 cm thick

    Place it on a baking tray previously greased with oil

  7. STEP 7 OF 10

    Pour the mixture onto it and crack the four whole eggs on top

    Top with tomato sauce and black olives

  9. STEP 9 OF 10

    Season with salt and pepper

    Finish with the mushroom slices drizzled with a little oil and bake in a very hot oven for fifteen minutes
