Tiramisù with mascarpone is a classic Italian dessert, loved worldwide. It consists of layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, alternated with an irresistibly flavored mascarpone cream. To finish, it is dusted with unsweetened cocoa. A simple dessert to prepare, but with a sublime result.
Beat the egg yolks well with 5 tablespoons of sugar; add mascarpone and 3 tablespoons of rum, then the whipped egg whites
Mix coffee, rum, and 2 tablespoons of sugar; dilute with a little water and soak the biscuits in it
In a mold, alternate a layer of biscuits with a layer of mascarpone cream until the ingredients are used up
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Dust with cocoa
