Preparation

    Beat the egg yolks well with 5 tablespoons of sugar; add mascarpone and 3 tablespoons of rum, then the whipped egg whites

    Mix coffee, rum, and 2 tablespoons of sugar; dilute with a little water and soak the biscuits in it

    In a mold, alternate a layer of biscuits with a layer of mascarpone cream until the ingredients are used up
