Preparation

Cut the sponge cake into two discs and soak them with coffee
- STEP 2 OF 4
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the mascarpone, 2 tablespoons of rum, and 2 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks

Fill the sponge cake placed in a springform pan lined with wax paper with half of the cream, cover with the other half, and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours

When ready to serve, remove from the pan and cover with unsweetened cocoa
