- For the dough:
- Whole wheat flour

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Mix the flour with 2 cl of apple juice, 2 cl of oil, and a bit of lukewarm water; form a dough ball and let it rest for 15 minutes
- STEP 2 OF 3
Blend the tofu with the bananas and then add the orange juice
- STEP 3 OF 3
Roll out the dough in a greased 18 cm diameter baking pan, pour the cream, and add the pine nuts; bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees
