Place the chocolate in pieces in a saucepan together with the milk and melt it over low heat.
When a smooth cream has formed, add the butter and then the yolks and stir until everything is incorporated.
Turn off the heat and let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours.
At this point form small balls with your hands and gently roll them in cocoa powder until they are all covered.
