Salsa tonnata is a cold sauce made from mayonnaise, canned tuna, anchovies and capers. It is traditionally served as an accompaniment to roasted or boiled meat.
Take the three anchovies, wash them, remove the bones, place them on the cutting board and finely chop them together with the tuna and the capers (if desired, you can put everything in the moulinex)
When everything has been reduced to a paste, incorporate the mayonnaise
