Tuna sauce is a cold sauce made from mayonnaise, canned tuna, anchovies, and capers. It is traditionally served as an accompaniment to roasted or boiled meat.
Take the three anchovies, wash them, remove the bones, place them on the cutting board, and finely chop them together with the tuna and capers (if desired, you can put everything in the blender)
When everything is reduced to a paste, incorporate the mayonnaise
