Combine all the ingredients except Nutella in a bowl and knead everything, finishing the work on a pastry board
Divide the dough into two equal parts and incorporate Nutella into one of them
Form bars 1 cm thick, equal in number for each color, and cut them into sticks
Brush the sticks with lightly beaten egg white and stack them alternately, two white and two with Nutella, to create small ingots
Cut the ingots into 1 cm thick slices and bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
