

Two-tone Nutella Cookies are delicious biscuits made with two different doughs: one plain and one with cocoa. These cookies are filled with Nutella and perfect for a sweet snack.
Place all the ingredients except the Nutella in a bowl and mix, finishing the work on a floured work surface
Divide the dough into two equal parts and incorporate the Nutella into one of them
Form strips 1 cm thick of equal number for each color and cut them into sticks
Brush the sticks with lightly beaten egg white and stack them alternating two plain and two Nutella ones to obtain small logs
Cut the logs into 1 cm-thick slices and bake the cookies at 180°C for about 20 minutes
