Soften the raisins in a bowl with warm water
Clean and wash the Swiss chard, drain them thoroughly and dry them with a cloth
Cut them into strips, removing the hard part of the stems
Drain and squeeze the raisins and coarsely crumble the chili pepper
In a bowl, place the Swiss chard, raisins, a pinch of salt, and the chili pepper, drizzle with oil and mix to combine everything
On a pastry board or work surface, place the flour, a pinch of salt, the bread dough, and two tablespoons of oil, and knead with your hands, adding enough warm water to obtain a rather soft dough
Knead it vigorously for a few more minutes, then with a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out the dough to form a thin disc
Oil a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 1700
Place half of the dough disc on the sheet and pour the Swiss chard filling on top
Spread the filling with a wooden spoon and cover with the other half of the dough disc, sealing the edges carefully
Lightly grease the surface of the calzone and bake in the oven for thirty minutes
Deep fryer or frying pan
