In a pan with a little oil, heat the finely sliced onion and the peeled and grated ginger
Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, two of ground turmeric, one of ground coriander, and a chili pepper
Add the sliced carrots, potatoes, green beans, and cauliflower cut into small pieces
After 5 minutes, add the peeled and seedless tomatoes, the yogurt, and 20 cl of water
Salt and let cook for about 20 minutes
