Preparation

Air dry the herbs and then infuse them in the vinegar for about ten days

Strain the vinegar and then infuse the cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped garlic, and onion

Let it macerate for another 10 days

Strain it definitively and bottle the vinegar, dividing it into two or three bottles
