Waffles are soft waffles, originating from Northern Europe. A sweet street food, perfect for filling thanks to its honeycomb shape. Today we show you how to prepare waffles without butter, an equally soft batter made with oil and Greek yogurt, easy and quick to prepare. To cook the waffles, you will need the appropriate iron, so that after cooking, the classic square holes are created, to be filled with delicious creams, jams, syrups, or enjoyed with cream and strawberries as we did. You can also opt for a hazelnut, pistachio spread, or fresh yogurt. A great recipe for breakfast, to share with the whole family!
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar, then mix with a whisk until smooth.
While continuing to mix, gradually add the oil and then the milk.
Sift the flour into the bowl and continue to mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Turn on the waffle iron and when it reaches the right temperature, brush the iron with a little seed oil, then pour the batter and cook for about 5 minutes, until it reaches the right golden color.
Once all the batter is cooked, you can enjoy the waffles with berries.
Store in a cool, dry place.
