- Shelled walnuts
500G500G - Finely chopped basil
1Bunch1Bunch - Butter
50G50G - Tomato sauceto taste
- Cooking cream
2Packs2Packs - Grated parmesan cheeseto taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Blend 500 g of shelled walnuts together with a nice bunch of finely chopped basil
- STEP 2 OF 5
Melt about 50 g of butter in a pan, preferably aluminum, pour in the aforementioned mixture and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking
- STEP 3 OF 5
Add a bit of tomato sauce to give a pinkish color and 2 packs of cooking cream
- STEP 4 OF 5
Simmer over very low heat and turn off
- STEP 5 OF 5
Season the pasta by sprinkling it with plenty of Parmesan
