
The watermelon and melon salad is a very fresh and refreshing summer dessert. Perfect to enjoy as a dessert after a light meal or as a snack. The sweet and juicy combination of watermelon and melon pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the orange and lemon juice. A tasty variant may be to add a pinch of kirsch for an extra flavor touch and a leaf of fresh mint.










Peel the melon, remove the seeds and fibers, and use the appropriate tool to form many balls from the pulp, or if you don't have the right accessory, cut it into cubes.
Cut the watermelon in half horizontally and using the appropriate tool, also reduce the pulp of the watermelon into balls and add them to the melon.
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar, drizzle it with the juice of the oranges and lemons, soak it with 1/2 shot of liqueur, stir, and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve in nice cups garnished with fresh mint.
