
Watermelon and Melon Fruit Salad
The watermelon and melon fruit salad is a very fresh and refreshing summer dessert. Perfect to enjoy as a dessert after a light meal or as a snack. The sweet and juicy combination of watermelon and melon pairs perfectly with the sweetness of orange and lemon juice. A tasty variation can be to add a dash of kirsch for an extra touch of flavor and some fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients
- Small watermelonto taste
- Ripe melonto taste
- Granulated sugar
100G100G - Oranges (juice)to taste
- Lemons (juice)to taste
- Kirsch (optional)to taste
- Fresh mintto taste
Preparation

Peel the melon, remove the seeds and fibers, and use the appropriate tool to scoop out many balls from the flesh, or if you don't have the right tool, cut into cubes.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Cut the watermelon in half horizontally and, using the same tool, scoop out balls from the watermelon flesh and mix them with the melon.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar, drizzle with orange and lemon juice, pour over 1/2 glass of liqueur, stir, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve in charming cups garnished with fresh mint.
