Watermelon jelly is a fresh and sweet dessert, typical of Sicilian tradition. Made with watermelon pulp, sugar, and orange blossom water, it is a true delight to enjoy in summer.
Pass the watermelon pulp, without seeds, through a sieve, add the sugar, orange blossom water, cinnamon stick, chopped chocolate, and candied citron cubes
Let it rest for 30 minutes, then remove the cinnamon
Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator until the mixture has solidified
