
Watermelon gelo is a fresh, sweet dessert typical of Sicilian tradition. Prepared with watermelon pulp, sugar, and orange blossom water, it is a true delight to enjoy in summer.




Pass the pulpy watermelon, seedless, through a sieve, then add the sugar, orange blossom water, cinnamon stick, chopped chocolate, and diced candied citron.
Let rest for 30 minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick.
Pour into a mold and put in the refrigerator until the mixture has solidified.
