

Watermelon gelo is a refreshing, sweet dessert typical of Sicilian tradition. Made with watermelon flesh, sugar and orange blossom water, it is a true delight to enjoy in summer.
Pass the seedless watermelon flesh through a sieve, then combine it with the sugar, orange blossom water, the cinnamon stick, the chopped dark chocolate and the diced candied citron
Let rest for 30 minutes then remove the cinnamon stick
Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator until the mixture has set
