    Crumble the fresh yeast in a bowl and dissolve it with half a glass of lukewarm milk

    On the work surface arrange the flour in a well and pour the yeast with the milk and a pinch of salt into the center

    Knead adding a little lukewarm water

    Work until you obtain a soft and elastic dough, form a ball, cover it with a cloth and let it rest and rise for at least two hours

    Grease a baking tray with a drizzle of oil and place the sheet of dough on it
