Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Remove the dark skin of the coconut, cut it into pieces, and chop it in the mixer

    Add the yogurt, blend for 1 minute, and combine the other ingredients

    Pour the mixture into 2 small loaf pans lined with special paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour
