The Yogurt Plumcake is a soft and fragrant cake, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Made with simple ingredients such as yogurt and lemon, it has a light and fresh flavor.

In a bowl place the eggs, add the powdered sugar and the grated lemon zest and whisk them briefly with a whisk; pour in the yogurt little by little, add the sifted flour together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, add the melted butter from a small pan and combine the ingredients
Line a 1-liter loaf pan that has been lightly buttered with a sheet of parchment paper and brush it with the remaining melted butter; pour the batter into the prepared pan until it reaches 2/3 of its capacity and bake the plumcake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes
When baked, turn it out, remove the parchment paper, let it cool and dust with powdered sugar
