Fry the almonds in the oil and set them aside
Do the same with the onion
Brown the chicken, add the saffron and broth, and let it cook for 20 minutes

Arrange the rice on a serving dish, place the chicken fillets on top, sprinkle with the onion and almonds, drizzle with the chicken cooking juices, and finally, drizzle with the syrup
