Preparation

    Knead the whole eggs, boiled potatoes, flour, yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and grated lemon zest together until you obtain a homogeneous mixture

    Cover and let rise

    Then shape the dough into small discs to fry in hot oil

    Once cooked, roll them in sugar
