Cut the zucchini into 1 cm slices
In a pan, brown them in olive oil with chopped garlic
When they have released their water, add the rice, salt, pepper, and thyme
Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat, adding water little by little if needed
When the rice is almost cooked, place the mixture in a gratin dish (baking dish or terracotta)
Beat the eggs and add the cream and grated cheese
Spread over the zucchini and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes
