Preparation

Beat the eggs with the citrus zest and sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture.

Add the oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Combine the orange juice and flour, gently mixing with a spatula.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Add the sifted baking powder and mix well.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Pour the batter into a greased mold (25x15x10) and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, performing the toothpick test.
