- Eggs
1unit - Erythritol or other sweetener
30g - Rice flour
60g - Potato starch
60g - Lactose-free low-fat yogurt
60g - High-quality seed oil
20mL - Lemon zestto taste
- Gluten-free baking powder
5g - Apple
1unit - Salt1 pinch
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Mix all the ingredients (except the apple) with a whisk
- STEP 2 OF 4
Add half an apple cut into cubes into the batter and pour everything into a 14/15 cm baking pan
- STEP 3 OF 4
Decorate with the remaining apple cut into thin slices
- STEP 4 OF 4
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in the oven (or at 170°C in the air fryer)
