
Crispy zucchini sticks with turmeric and Parmigiano Reggiano
Delicious zucchini sticks breaded with Parmigiano Reggiano and a golden touch of turmeric: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, light because they are baked. Dip them in a spicy red sauce or yogurt for a healthy and surprising gourmet snack!

Preparation

Wash and trim the zucchini. Cut them into long, thin sticks.
- STEP 2 OF 5
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, turmeric, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Dip the sticks first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with a little oil. Bake in a preheated static oven at 200°C for 20 minutes (turn halfway through) until golden brown.

Serve immediately, accompanied by a red sauce or flavored yogurt.
