
Cucumber rolls with hummus and sweet rustic mixed cheese cream
Thin slices of cucumber wrap around a creamy heart of hummus and Sweet Rustic Mixed Cheese, enhanced with lemon zest, sesame seeds, and fresh parsley. A fresh, colorful, and surprising appetizer or finger food to impress your guests.

80g80g - Organic lemon zest

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Wash and dry the cucumbers. Slice them thinly lengthwise using a mandoline or a vegetable peeler to obtain regular ribbons.
- STEP 2 OF 5
In a mixer, blend the hummus with the Sweet Rustic Mixed Cheese until you get a smooth and spreadable cream. Add a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, and half of the grated lemon zest.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Place a cucumber slice on a surface, spread a thin layer of cheese and hummus cream, then gently roll it up to form a roll. Repeat with all the ribbons.

Arrange the rolls on a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, the remaining lemon zest, and fresh parsley leaves.

Drizzle with a very light stream of extra virgin olive oil and a grind of black pepper.
