  • Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate130g
  • Sunflower seed oil120g

Preparation

    Mix brown sugar and sunflower seed oil.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add soy yogurt, pumpkin pulp, and mix.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Add the dry ingredients and, as you mix, gradually add the plant-based milk in several additions.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Add the chocolate and chocolate chips and bake your bundt cake at 180°C for 40 minutes (always do the toothpick test).
