50g - Dark chocolate pieces
200g - Chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

First, blend almost all the wafers in a blender. Crumble some by hand: this will add more crunchiness to the mixture.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Add the hazelnut spread, plant-based milk, and mix well.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Shape your balls, place a hazelnut in the center, and let them rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

In the meantime, chop the hazelnuts, melt the dark chocolate, and mix everything together.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Let them rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or in the freezer for about half an hour. Your vegan rocher are ready to be eaten!
