Preparation

    Cook the eggplants in the oven or air fryer at 175°C for 10 minutes, let them cool and extract the pulp.

    Add all the ingredients.

    Blend until the ingredients are well combined.

    Spread in a 20 cm baking pan and bake in the oven or air fryer at 175°C for 40 minutes.
