  • Oat flakes150g
  • Egg whites120ml
  • Vanilla baking powder8g
  • Maple syrupto taste
  • Granola40g
  • Desiccated coconutto taste

    Mix the chia seeds with the liquid ingredients: ricotta, milk, and egg whites.

    Combine the oats with the baking powder and maple syrup.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Mix the two mixtures together.

    Cook in the microwave at maximum power for 10 minutes.
