It is a spontaneously fermented beer with environmental inoculation from the Roncole Verdi brewery. Chrysopolis has fermented directly in used wine barrels, never having seen steel. It presents a beautiful golden color, with very distinct citrus notes but develops its complexity with vinous reminiscences, wood, cellar, and citrus peel.
