This beer is born – almost ironically – from our passion for beer. Together with master brewers from Umbria, we have created a special project: to merge brewing art with what represents us the most, the olive tree, using its leaves, because nothing from the olive goes to waste. Produced with water, barley malt, spelt, olive leaves, orange peels, yeast and hops, it is a raw and artisanal beer, golden and naturally unfiltered. On the palate it offers a unique balance between the softness of the cereals, the herbal notes of the olive leaves and the fresh and citrus scents of the orange peels. Perfect in summer as an aperitif beer, it surprises in every season when paired with cheeses, cold cuts, and traditional Apulian dishes. A project born from friendship and love for our land: the olive becomes beer.
