Here, young migrants, former prisoners, and other vulnerable individuals find a path to redemption and social and labor inclusion through the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Cultivated and processed with artisanal care, the oregano is harvested during the summer months by skilled and attentive hands.
