Here, young migrants, former prisoners, and other vulnerable individuals find a path to redemption and social and professional integration through the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Mediterranean herbs. Grown and processed with artisanal care, the rosemary is cultivated and harvested by skilled and attentive hands. The same care and attention are given to the drying and packaging of the leaves, which preserve the intense fragrance of the Iblei Mountains. The scents of the Iblei at your disposal. The sachet contains dried rosemary leaves ready for use in the kitchen. Rosemary is used in many recipes: in meat-based preparations; in all legume dishes, particularly chickpeas and beans; in fish; and with many vegetables, particularly potatoes and pumpkin.
