Here, young migrants, former prisoners, and other vulnerable individuals find a path to redemption and social and labor inclusion through the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Grown and processed with artisanal care, the rosemary is cultivated and harvested by skilled and attentive hands. The same care and attention are given to the drying and packaging of the leaves, which preserve the intense fragrance of the Iblei Mountains.
