The uniqueness of this gin is that the Albrino grape (= Spanish white wine grape) is distilled with 14 traditional plants and herbs, including juniper, eucalyptus, hibiscus, tea, lemon peel, verbena, licorice, and Frisian herb. But plant extracts are also found in this distillate. For many, this gin has something of an herbal drink mixed by druids. The distillation is followed by a very slow maceration in the traditional style.
