<p>The <strong>Anchovy Dripping Sapori di mare 100mL</strong> is a concentrate of the Mediterranean, resulting from the processing of anchovies caught in the Mediterranean Sea. The Romans were the first to discover its potential, although they did not use exactly Anchovy Dripping but a thick fish sauce called Garum. The <strong>Anchovy Dripping</strong> comes from the dripping process of anchovies placed under salt in containers called terzigni. The <strong>Anchovy Dripping Sapori di Mare</strong> is excellent as a flavor enhancer and taste booster in many dishes of Italian tradition.</p> Pairings: Use in dishes with vegetables, broccoli, boiled potatoes. The dripping should be used instead of salt in a dose of about one tablespoon for every 100 g of pasta or other. Do not salt the cooking water either. It is recommended to proceed gradually until reaching the right degree of flavor.
